All prices will be adjusted according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which our suppliers also use. This is necessary due to increased costs, especially for storage and 4G data.
If you need service, send the equipment to Retronic AS, Holmenveien 8, 7820 Spillum. Fill out a submission form (available from support@seaqloud.no) to ensure correct tracking and return of the equipment.
We offer training sessions to ensure you get the full benefit of the new features in Seaqloud IoT. Dates and further information will be coordinated with your company.
If your system is connected to the Meox API, please contact support@seaqloud.no for access to the new API in Seaqloud IoT. The Meox API will soon be deactivated, so we recommend a quick transition.
Access to Meox Cloud will end on May 1, 2025. We will get in touch with your company to plan the transition and ensure a secure transfer of data.
