Important information about the transition from Meox Cloud to the Seaqloud IoT portal

We would like to inform you that Meox Cloud will soon be discontinued and that our new platform, the Seaqloud IoT portal, will take over for handling sensor data and monitoring. With Seaqloud IoT, you will have access to a more efficient and user-friendly platform, with a wide range of features and better integration possibilities.

Access to the Seaqloud IoT portal

The Seaqloud IoT portal provides a full overview of all your sensors and offers advanced features such as analytics and relocation capabilities for easy management. You can access via:

Login options

You can log in to the Seaqloud IoT portal in two ways:

  1. Username and password - with created login details.
  2. Single Sign-On (SSO) - through Microsoft integration. Contact us at support@seaqloud.no to set up this feature.

Price adjustments

All prices will be adjusted according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which our suppliers also use. This is necessary due to increased costs, especially for storage and 4G data.

Delivery times and service

  • New buoys: Delivery within 2-4 weeks after order.
  • Service on buoys: Service time varies from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on fault type and repair needs.

Service submissions

If you need service, send the equipment to Retronic AS, Holmenveien 8, 7820 Spillum. Fill out a submission form (available from support@seaqloud.no) to ensure correct tracking and return of the equipment.

Training in the Seaqloud IoT portal

We offer training sessions to ensure you get the full benefit of the new features in Seaqloud IoT. Dates and further information will be coordinated with your company.

API integration

If your system is connected to the Meox API, please contact support@seaqloud.no for access to the new API in Seaqloud IoT. The Meox API will soon be deactivated, so we recommend a quick transition.

Discontinuation of Meox Cloud

Access to Meox Cloud will end on May 1, 2025. We will get in touch with your company to plan the transition and ensure a secure transfer of data.
