Seaqloud Alta has now moved into new, state-of-the-art premises at Skillemo business park. After several years in rented premises in Alta Sentrum, the company has invested in its own facilities that are specially adapted to our needs. This is a major milestone for us and marks a new era in our development.
The new premises give us the opportunity to optimize all phases of production. We now have a rough workshop dedicated to disinfecting and washing used equipment, as well as a separate area for rough assembly. This makes it easier for us to manage work processes in an efficient and structured way. In addition, we have improved storage space that simplifies the logistics flow and ensures that we can work more seamlessly than before.
Each technician is given plenty of space for fine mechanical work with the assembly of various sensors and software to be installed in our components before they are shipped to customers. We have also set aside a separate area in the building for consistent and stable calibration of all our products. This gives us an optimal working environment for testing and quality assurance of components before they are shipped to customers.
The working environment has been an important factor in the design of the new premises. Each workstation has plenty of space, and parts of the premises have large floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant and inspiring working environment. In addition, we have a large and modern meeting room, as well as a separate canteen where employees can gather for lunch or social events.
The location at Skillemo business park gives us better logistical solutions. The area has good infrastructure and easy access to the E45, which makes transportation and deliveries very simple and efficient.
As of today, we have nine employees working daily from our new premises at Skillemo. We are proud of our modern facilities and look forward to continuing to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. We look forward to inviting partners and customers to visit us and show off our new premises.
